They Have No Shame

There is nothing more entertaining than watching leftists and elitists twist themselves happily into pretzels as they work so hard to promote and propagate their ideology and policies.  I’ve been watching this for decades and it occurred to me that it might be both beneficial and entertaining if I began to catalog some of them in a single place for easy cross reference.  So let us begin.

  1. Sex and Gender
    • When the drive for the original “Gay Rights” push originally began, it focused on the idea that people should not be considered less a person or dehumanized because of their sexual preference.
      • Since the beginning of that campaign we’ve evolved just a bit
        • To the best of my knowledge, all sodomy laws have been repealed or rendered useless by court rulings declaring them unconstitutional and unenforceable.
        • The next step was demanding the right to be married. We’ll discuss the whole marriage issue in a separate section.
        • With gay marriage becoming a nationwide policy thanks to the Supreme Court via Obergefell v. Hodges, the left moved on to special rights. It has become established policy through the EEOC, Corporate HR departments, other various government agencies, and courts thanks to our particularly litigious society that criticizing, offending, disagreeing with, or otherwise questioning the gay lifestyle or gay individuals is an express ticket to cultural and professional suicide.You must support them, bake cakes for them, openly affirm and accept them or you will be sued, fined, held in contempt of court, and even jailed for your offense.
      • As the push for “Gay Rights” expanded, the left expanded the campaign to add new classes of special people
        • “Gay Rights” became “Lesbian, Gay, Bi-Sexual, and Transgender Rights”. It didn’t spread very far until the turn of the century when young people started buying the whole thing from educators at all levels and became the broader voice of the movement.
        • The hysteria exploded in The second decade of the 21st century with LBGT rights becoming LGBTQ+. From there we were off to the races. The interesting thing is that the whole movement began to include tons of personal designations like gender fluid, queer, non-binary, etc. The whole thing went from a push to guarantee normal human rights to a demand that society participate in the delusion of every person in society that decided to declare themselves something outside the norm regardless of how fantastical or biologically inaccurate it is.
      • This led us to men in women’s sports, naked men in women’s locker rooms, tampons in boy’s bathrooms and the patently ignorant assertion that men can get pregnant and women can have penises.
      • If you don’t see the slope we’re on and the damage this does to society then there is no help for you and you are officially part of the problem. Let’s look at some statistics:
        • While the “Claims” of transgender alignment skyrocket amongst young people who are sympathetic to the perceived plight of those with Gender Dysphoria, the actual numbers of diagnosed cases only account for roughly 0.5% of U.S. adults.
        • Roughly 66% (2 out of 3) young people who identify as transgender will no longer identify as such within five years. They grow out of it. The left is pushing agendas that strive to lock these children into the identification with “gender affirming” care that leaves them with no path back.
        • The rates of suicide and self harm are very high for those with gender dysphoria. There are claims on the left that this justifies the need for “gender affirming” care. The truth is that with proper psychiatric care for the dysphoria and time to work out their discomfort, most young people get past the issue. Those who identify as transgender and go through with the gender reassignment surgery still have a nearly 40% suicide rate. The answer is proper care and not mutilation.
  2. Abortion
    • The abortion industry is still in existence based on old scare tactics pertaining to decades old statistics regarding the “health of the mother” and covering over the mental and physical damage that abortions wreak on those who partake.
    • The left and their friends in government agencies do all they can to oppose crisis pregnancy centers, faith based counseling, and adoption. They do all of this in an effort to deny women the right to make a fully informed, personal decision while claiming that it is the woman’s right to choose.
    • Planned parenthood uses terms such as “health care” while blatantly lying about the ability for women in their clinics to get any significant health care beyond birth control, abortion on demand, and abortifacients.
    • The bottom line is simple. The fetus is a human child from the moment of conception with it’s full compliment of DNA and distinguishing biological info. Killing that human being is murder.
    • The assertion that this is mostly used for the health or safety of the mother is patently false in the face of medical technology today. It is actually harder on the mother to perform the abortion, especially the partial birth abortions that the left loves so much. The use of Caesarean section to deliver children is also a viable option that prevents the death of the child and the potential harm to the mother.
    • Even with all of that, I can understand a doctor in a legitimate circumstance, which would truly be minuscule, allowing the mother and father to decide that mom is more important than the baby if that was their choice. The problem with such exceptions is that the death cult of the left will use any exception as the excuse for every abortion.
  3. Evolution
    • Ah…the good ole Scopes Monkey Trial. I’m not going into the weeds on this one. There’s just too much information and data to be sifted through and you’ll have to formulate your own view on what it all means. Let me hit some high points for you though.
      • Let’s start with the “Follow the science” crowd. The same people who tell you that you can’t teach all of the views and let people make up their minds are the same people that told us that we had to wear masks, stay six fee apart, and take an untested, unproven MRNA vaccine for a virus that they helped bring into existence. These are the same people that told you not to “question the science”, called you a flat earther or a science denier. Just chew on that while you make up your mind about their adherence to truth and evidence.
    • Here are my high points. Do your own study. That’s what I did. Me saying it to you won’t solve the problem.
      • The Cambrian Explosion
        • Interestingly, the evolutionists hold on to their evolutionary bag on this one. They claim this is an explosion of diversification.
        • Despite their claims of slow diversification over millennia through favorable mutations, they have not one transitional fossil record going from one species to another.

      • Polystrate Fossils
        • There are many of what scientists refer to as polystrate fossils. These fossils, generally aligned vertically, span multiple time periods through the strata in which they are found. There are tree and other fossils found across these layers that can span huge time frames.
      • Uncovered Footsteps
        • There are several discoveries that display human and dinosaur tracks in the same fossilized strata. Look them up and see what you think.
      • Keep in mind that Google and the system will not make it easy for you to find this data. The articles that you do find will hold to the orthodoxy at all costs.
    • Here is some reading from various scientists affiliated with Intelligent Design. These will work as a starting point. Don’t revolt, what can it hurt to read the information and hear the other side. The truth is that Science and Theology are not enemies. The search for truth should be universal.
  4. The Global Disaster Cult – This part is going to be simple. I’ll provide the scare mongering predictions and you make your own decisions:
    • The Population Bomb – Paul Ehrlich
      • This book from 1968 predicted “The battle to feed all of humanity is over.” It stated that in the 1970s “hundreds of millions of people are going to starve to death.” Ehrlich told everyone that “nothing can prevent a substantial increase in the world death rate.”
      • This was false and the people that believed him are many of the people that continue the Global Disaster Cult to this day.
    • Silent Spring – Rachel Carson
      • Rachel Carson launched people into hysteria over her claims about the use of DDT and how it was helping to destroy the environment. She did get it outlawed in the United States, but much of her claims and assertions were based on unscientific studies and lies.
    • The Ozone Hole – 1980s Global Disaster Cult
      • The discovery, or so they claimed, of a hole in the ozone layer in the 1980s was a wonderful cause for the GDC to hang their collective hats on. They told us we were going to burn up if we didn’t ban all of the CFCs that were popular in refrigerants and even aerosol products like hairsprays.
      • They have continued to lie about this problem even after it was proved that as the hole (naturally occurring by the way) was repairing and reducing in size, the levels of CFCs in the stratosphere were still on the rise into 1998 when the total amount of global ozone was relatively static.

    • The Next Ice Age – You can comb the internet now and the revisionists have been hard at work. The articles and news stories were everywhere when I was younger. We were heading for another ice age. Now the scientists all claim that there was never a consensus on this and Global Warming was always the thing. That’s totally fine for people born after the 1970s who don’t remember the craze and the brutally cold winters, but whatever.
    • The Hockey Stick and the IPCC –
    • Ultimately it’s rather simple. The climate changes. As with so much on the earth, the climate is always in flux. The earth is a dynamic ecosystem. The sun fluctuates, our orbit is not static and circular. Just like the seasons change, the intensity of those seasons, temperatures, wind patterns, weather, etc. all fluctuate. We’re not in a nose dive to destruction. Besides, the very desirable outcome of warming is greater area to grow food and feed the world. I thought the lefties were all about feeding the world. One parting shot. You realize that in one of their recent climate summits in Brazil, the hysterical climate lords cut a path through the sacred rain forest to build a road to their climate summit location. The summit that they all fly on their private jets to reach. The hypocrisy is strong with these morons.
